Routine Appointments
Routine 10 minute appointments can be booked with the doctor of your choice.

Text Reminders
We are now able to send a text reminder before your next appointment is due. Please make sure that we have your current mobile phone number.
Failure To Attend
Every week an average of 16 patients fail to attend booked appointments with the doctor or nurse. This wastes the equivalent of one doctor’s complete surgery (nearly 3 hours!). Please ensure that you always cancel your appointment if you cannot attend.
Nurses Appointments
The nursing team are available for:
Our nurses cannot do blood tests. Patients must arrange these with one of the hospital phlebotomy clinics.
Ear syringing is no longer available at the surgery. Patients who require ear canal clearance will be referred to a hospital Ear Nose and Throat clinic.

Female Doctors
We have 3 female doctors at the surgery and 1 female nurses If you would prefer to see a female doctor or nurse please mention this to the Receptionist when you book your appointment.
Chaperones
If at any stage you feel that you would like to have a chaperone present during your consultation please mention this to the Receptionist or the Doctor. We have several members of staff who are trained to act as chaperones.
Disabled Access
The surgery has a full range of facilities on the ground floor including a disabled access toilet, doctors room, and nurses treatment room. There is a small ramp to the front door suitable for wheelchairs. Access to the upstairs surgeries is by staircase only. If you are unable to manage stairs please inform the Receptionist that you require a consultation on the ground floor when you make your appointment.
